If we had abolished the Senate long ago, today’s allegations of Liberal Senator Mobina Jaffer's outrageous overbilling of a bunch of Roman Catholic nuns would be her own problem, instead of a national shame.
Say, is it too late to add Jaffer to this?

The Oblates of Mary Immaculate is not an order of nuns. It is an order of priests. The order ran many of the Roman Catholic Indian Residential Schools, but I don't know if Residential Schools litigation was part of Senator Jaffer's brief with them.
